Minimum 5% in cash if buying HDB, if using bank loan. If hdb loan, if your CPF OA is sufficient, minimum $5000 for the option deposit.

Depending if you are Singapore Citizen or SPR as well as if you are taking HDB loan (if you are eligible) or bank loan. For cash component, it will be at least 5% if you are obtaining bank loan and have sufficient CPF OA to fund the balance 20% down payment and minimally $2 if you are taking HDB loan and you have sufficient CPF OA to fund the balance of 20% downpayment.
