  Amazing Modern and Convenient Condo

  Great Location - Literally 2 mins away from MRT Station, units are very clean and modern with Popular Cafes just downstairs and a Grocery Mart next to it.

  Dilemma between Rangoon 88 & Kerrisdale

  I am caught choosing between 2 bedroom Rangoon 88 and Kerrisdale. Where Rangoon 88 is an apartment status that has very limited facilities while Kerrisdale is a full condominium facilities which is located next to City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT Station. Quality of living wise, Kerrisdale may be a much better deal.
