  Big, Spacious, Quiet yet very convenient

  The common area is surrounded by greenery; very kept. Lots of open parking space; no restriction on no. of parking lot.

  Quiet Neighbour, Peaceful Place

  A very quaint and relaxing place to rest. Lots of privacy, unlike newer condos/HDB. Management is nice and friendly, reaches out to help when needed, so are the security. Not much people using the facilities so dont see much of an hoarding issues unlike the previous comment. Great place to recharge!

  A very old condo establishment

  The condo is almost 40 years old. All the facilities are old and breaking down. The units are also run down. Remember this is a 99 years old leasehold, it will be $0 at the end of the lease.

  Would you pay 300k above bank valuation for e

  High asking prices. Old and rundown units asking average 300K over valuation. Well, the condo failed to even kick start an enbloc sale in 2019 - will you take the bait? Oversold enbloc potential.

  Leaky roof and shody repairs

  After the heavy rains of december 2014, 2 top units in low rise were flooded. Repairs were done once but flooding continued. Appartment inside still needs fixing after one month. The condo is old and roofing work has been shody. Avoid top floor units

  Needs to be better managed

  Older condo. Maintenance and access to sports facilities need to be better managed to avoid being monopolized by a few resident. If fair use of tennis courts is important to you, then avoid.
