  Objectively, this building has may unique selling points, not avail in most buildings: 1) anchor owners: developer & main contractor of this building are both situated in this building 2) very established tenants like Ciscos, Philip Morris, making this building very corporate like. 3) very well maintained building 4) along main road giving it very good visiblity.

  Centralised location. Just beside main road with numerous bus services. High occupancy rate with rental yield above 5%. Worthwhile to consider for investment purposes.
