Need to bring in more shops
We have just collected our BTO keys at BLK 105A (Just beside Depot Height Shopping Centre). I have been working and staying around this area for quite a few years and noticed that new shops keep opening and shutting down. The turnover rate is quite high. There is a need to open more shops, perhaps like fast food restaurants? Like Mcdonalds, Coffee Bean, to attract more customers to come over. Nearby is CMPB, HP, new BTO Flats, where a lot of working Personnel and residents would definitely welcome fast food chains and cafeteria to be opened up here. The NTUC, 7-Eleven, and Food Court are not enough. There is a need to do survey on the surroundings and open up the necessary shops to attract customers to come over. Take note that the new office besides Interlace will be opened up soon and more office personnel will definitely visit this place. -
