  Nice and Awesome Condo

  The management team is responsive and proactive, ensuring the common areas are always clean and well-maintained. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. While the units are slightly pricier than similar condos in the area, the quality and convenience make it worth the investment.

  Swimming Pool Core Highlight - Beach-like Rel

  One of the many condos in the Pasir Ris area, Coco Palms differentiate itself with the huge pool, perhaps the only clue to the name. Units are decent with nothing special to mention, and facilities, while ample, has to be shared with the large number of residences in the development.

  Among all the other condos in the Pasir Ris condo cluster, Coco Palms is probably the one that’s nearest to the MRT station and White Sands Mall, as well as the only one that’s 6 retail shops

  Beautiful condo with great facilities and ame

  Excellent location. Near parks, airport, mrt and malls. Architecture and facilities resemble luxurious resort. Almost fully sold by time of key collection.

  99 year lease starting from 2008 ???

  TOP due in 2019. 99 year lease begins 2008. Does this mean brand new TOP condo in 2019 is already 11 years into the 99-year lease?

  Looking forward to this new condo launch

  Recalling..... The cooling measures announced last week has affected the first major residential project to be launched since 30 August 2010 At 8 Sept 2010, preview of NV Residences located in Pasir Ris, the developers had sold approximately 160 units of the 200 units launched in the 99-year leasehold, 642-unit private condominium, at an average price of $830 psf. Looking forward to this coming Coco Palms launches, its prices and demands during these cooling measures and quiet period.
