Very iconic on Balestier road with its cascad
Very iconic on Balestier road with its cascading architecture. ITs architecture also means many units enjoy terrace balconies with views of the sky. -

Cosy City Apartments for Half The Price
Balestier Point is centrally located with excellent amenities - near by Hawker Centres, Wet Market, NTUC, Cinema and not to mention the close proximity to Orchard Road and Business District. Apartments have nice layouts; each designed to have privacy. Higher floor apartments have excellent views. For renters, it is value for money as you cannot get such a low rental for such a good location and size. Downside is some apartments could be a little run down due to age. But well kept units are great! For buyers, there is a high enbloc potential, but a shame if it does, as the architecture of the building is a piece of art! Nice place for either own stay, or investment. Easy to rent out! -

Value For Money
+ Big units with generous sized balconies. + Interesting architecture although building is old. Management is doing a relatively good job in maintenance. + Mix tenants. Mostly mid-level executive and professional locals and Asian expats. For Western expats who would like a local feel , this is a good choice. For Western expats looking for cheese, Novena's Cold Storage is the closest supermarket. + Very good amenities with local wet market, an NTUC FairPrice, good network of buses (closest MRT is Novena MRT which is a good 15 mins walk). Direct bus to Orchard Road. - The only minus is the karaoke bar operating in the adjacent building. However, one can easily avoid this by going through the residential entrance. In any case, having lived there for 5 years, there have never been an issues at all. Management is very strict with the operators. -
